Refund and Return Policy for Cragting Carpets
At Cragting Carpets, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Return Policy
We accept returns for unused and undamaged carpets within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
- The carpet must be in its original, uninstalled condition, free from stains, dirt, or any damage.
- The carpet must be in its original packaging.
- You must have the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or made-to-order carpets.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items that have been altered, installed, or used.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@craftingcarpets.com to obtain a return authorization number.
- Pack the carpet securely in its original packaging.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team, or bring it to one of our store locations.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to your card.
- If you paid via another method, you will be refunded through the same method where possible.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your carpet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a replacement or refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
